Great service by everyone in this hotel. Couldn’t do enough for you from the moment we arrived.
The rooms and everything is lovely - the only thing that slightly lets it down is the reception area - looks very messy!
Very handy for events we had planned Close to tube station and plenty and eateries around
Yes making facilities in room would have been good.
Location of the hotel, to local site seeing was great All members of staff were always great. Size of room and bathroom facility No place to put things Put a shelf in
Great location, but rooms and hotel require some updating.
Everything, the property was in an excellent location, the beds were comfortable, the sheets were good quality and the front desk was very helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely look for this hotel again in the future.
Great location...next door to British museum and Chinatown/plays. Amazing how compact the single room was...small but had everything I needed. No fish with breakfast.
The recent improvements in this hotel have brought it into the 21st century. Amazing difference
