“Very beautiful place will definitely stay here again”

“Very neat and clean condo and we never heard any neighbors around us. It was easy to get downtown from our place, which was important for us.”

“Amazing communication, lovely space, love the neighborhood!”

“Property was as advertised, for most part. They were clear about the 42 stairs to get to the space, so don't ignore that. It is a real issue if you do not like, or are unable, to walk up steps! But was clearly stated prior to going so not a surprise for us.Overall, it's a good space and fit our needs. In a good location. There are two reasons it did not get five stars from us: First, some of the appliances need updated, primarily television in the living room and oven, which had burner issues.……

“The host was available to answer questions. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable.”

“Perfect.”

“Great stay after several days in the Chicago Basin! The location was perfect.”

“Super clean. Great location only minutes away from downtown and Fort Lewis College. Quiet. Gorgeous views of the La Platas and golf course made for spectacular sunsets.”

“Nature’s Nook is decorated with a fun ski theme. The kitchen appliances worked and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was clean. It is an apartment near the bluff above town near the college campus, which is close to town but not in town. The pool and hot tub are shared by the complex, but the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool is not heated, so check before you plan on that. It’s a nice place to relax in.”

“I'm still not clear whether this was a Vacasa or VRBO reservation. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible. I contacted Vacasa who sent the check-in instructions and they informed me that they no longer were managing the property???? So they could not help me. We had to wait outside for 30……

“My host was responsive to my request and offered suggestions for local restaurants.”

“The property is well maintained and isn't too far from Durango. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness and cohesive design of the loft! It's obvious the host has put a lot of thought into what guests may need from the well stocked coffee bar to the remote controlled blinds. Clear instructions and communication with host.”

“The property is located in the beautiful mountains surrounded by a golf course. The room was nicely updated and comfortable. The restaurant at the golf club has excellent food and great views of the mountains with outside seating. Check in and communications with the hosts were excellent. Highly recommended stay. Rich”

“My overall stay with stellar great location great accommodations”

“Great place to stay and enjoy the valley course. Host was very easy to work and communicate with. Place was clean , convenient, and comfortable. Will stay and play again”

“Great place. Incredible views.”

“We had a quick one night stay. It was nice to have so much room. Communication was easy.”

“Our stay was great, even though the snow was not so good. The room was good and clean, it would’ve been perfect if they would’ve had toilet paper but the front desk had some. Will definitely come back and would stay in Kendall 345!”
