“Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”

“Boutique charm with excellent management: This hotel has a wonderful boutique vibe and several standout features. The beach is beautiful, with well-maintained palapas and chaise lounges. Unfortunately, we visited during sargassum season; while the staff worked hard to clean the beach, nature ultimately won. “This was the nicest resort I’ve ever stayed at. It takes all inclusive to a new level of luxury. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and chose a room with a swim up balcony. 100% worth it. Having your own private place to take a dip was wonderful. And our room was constantly checked up on and refreshed. We enjoyed couples massage, which was also perfect. The spa experience was comprehensive and pampering in the best way. I utilized the gym, which has everything I needed and then some!……

“Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful.
