“We had a blast at the family selection pool with the service of Maria and Lizbeth. The beach bar had great premium service. The areas are massive so be prepared to walk. Lots of shuttles are available though. Food was excellent at every restaurant we went to (Italian, Steakhouse, Bamboo, The Nest, French @ TRS). ”

“Poor check in and check out. Took 90 mins to get a crib when we arrived late at night with a young one. No one seemed to care or understand how important it is to young parents that the crib is ready on arrival or at least sorted out within the first 15 mins.”

“We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) ”
