“Rooms and staff were great ”

“Generally good ,The room and the surrounding environment are clean and quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the room, and those shower gels, which are either not available or difficult to squeeze out.”

“We had an amazing time! Excellent customer service, clean, great location, amenities and entertainment were great. The only thing I would say that needs enhancing … pillows are uncomfortable, they won’t let you take your food to your room(outside restaurants) and wet bar doesn’t have a good selection for people that don’t drink beer. However, we would definitely come back again! ”

“I stayed solo at Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive in December, and it was one of the best all-inclusive experiences I’ve had. “Great staff, food was great, room was perfect fit. There was tons of wild life on the resort! Lots of activities and things to explore on the resort. Never a huge line up for anything. Great jungle vibes! The map is deceiving gives you the impression everything is far away but only take 5mins to walk from one end to the other. ”

“Beautiful property with lots of ways to relax in style, but also with plenty of activities. A solid 75% of the staff members were friendly, helpful and eager to serve. “It was a wonderful vacation! The food was excellent, varied every day, catering to all tastes and cuisines! The staff was attentive! The room cleaning was superb. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained! The sea and beach were also great, though there were some rocks at the entrance to the water that were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I would definitely come back!”
