“They refused turn down service during our stay for a music festival. The machines for coffee and juice were turned off during breakfast and only plugged in after a guest tried to use it. The pool is still inoperable but advertised as an amenity. The pool was inoperable in July of 2025 as well. We didn't complain because they provided turn down service and the breakfast was available. Plus they stated that they just took over the property in 2025 but they said the same thing this year. My husband……

“The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the local area and had good suggestions on where to eat. I love the fact that the room had a full kitchenette - full refrigerator/freezer, a 2-burner cooktop and sink with a coffee maker. They even provided a small dish soap and towels for the kitchenette area. The queen beds were comfortable - one had a softer mattress the other was firmer, which I liked.
