Best reef and snorkeling - with equipment available for a small fee. The appliances were all new and they kept coffee and necessities well stocked. We would recommend this hotel for any visiting Turks and Caicos."

We must thank the following staff that made our trip so special this time around: Nev and Alba (front desk) for making my husband’s birthday so special, Leslie for giving us such a warm welcome every morning at breakfast, Whitley for driving us in the shuttle to the beach, and David (or Daniel??) for making us such good pizza! We came back for the beauty of Turks but the Oasis reminded us that it’s also for the people who are so kind, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!"

"We spent six wonderful days in Tower 4, and the property is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite spacious, and the view was breathtaking. However, on our first day after checking in, we encountered a problem with the shower; water was leaking into the bathroom and even spilling into the hallway. We called the front desk, and they quickly sent a maintenance worker to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue was due to a structural problem in the bathroom, which he couldn't fix. Fortunately, they moved us to another room that was exactly what we had originally booked but on a different floor. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive; whenever we needed anything, a quick text message was all it took for them to come through for us. The property itself is beautiful, and the beachfront is conveniently close, with plenty of beach chairs available. The staff made sure there were enough for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the resort and can't wait to return."
