“My son and I stayed overnight ahead of an early morning duck hunt at Fish Point Wildlife Refuge in Unionville—just a quick 25-minute drive from the hotel. Our room featured two queen beds that were exceptionally comfortable, and everything was spotless. We especially appreciated being able to open the window and enjoy some fresh air. “This is a "motel", not a hotel. However, it was one of the most spacious "small" rooms in whch we ever stayed. The bed was a little hard for me but great for my wife. Now the toilet seat was not secured. One of the nuts on the seat was the wrong type and did not secure it. I would have complained if it wasn't for the fact that we only stayed one day.”

“It was a last minute decision as VRBO screwed up my original plans. We were pleasantly surprised at how kind the owners were and how clean the room was. It was kinda small but served it's purpose. Beds were very comfortable. It's definitely an older motel that is attempting to be revamped. Looking good so far. Would definitely stay again. And definitely grab breakfast at the North point grill and bar. Great food for a even better price. ”

“Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.”
