"We had such a pleasant stay at this cottage. The host has stocked the property very well. There was not one time that I thought "I wish I had" due to the fact that it was there already. The cottage was clean when we arrived and had a homey atmosphere. Hot tube and fire pit were amazing. Met the host when we arrived. Very nice. Found out he has other rental properties that we would like to check out and would definitely stay at this property again. I highly recommend this host and property for your next stay on Tybee Island. "

"The mattress was comfortable, the sheets, towels and furniture all seemed new and the unit was extremely clean and well taken care of. There were beach chairs, rackets, and towels for the beach. We really enjoyed hanging around in the unit, finding it very comfortable. I would highly suggest this unit! "

"I'm a return guest at this location, so I won't repeat those details. The location here is as good as you're going to get. The condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need.You have designated parking that is underneath the building between the stilts/supports. It is narrow so be careful. Others in your vehicle may need to exit before going into the space. The driver has a wide door swing area between the supports and HVAC units - the driver can easily get out of the door. I was in a Ford Explorer for size reference. I wouldn't attempt parking with anything wider. Alternately, you can park near the pool. The pool isn't too far but it's inconvenient.Cleaning requirements are standard. You need to take out the trash, put your towels and such by the washer, run the dishwasher, and take the blankets and such from the bed."
