“This was a one-night stay as drive a few times per year from Tallahassee to home in South Florida. Decided to stop overnight in Viera since there are so many shopping options. So glad I did and so glad I stayed at Fairfield Suites. From check-in through next day’s breakfast everything was A++. Katie at the desk was helpful, answering my many questions and also accommodating re. room selection. Hotel location, room decor, cleanliness and ease in using newer luggage carts made settling in so……

“Bath towels and wash clothes are provided, but hand towels are not, though they s/b provided too. Also our room 419 (I think) bed frame springs made a lot of noise when trying to quietly get up during the night. But overall everything was very nice and I certainly would recommend this property. ”

“The location is amazing. There really is no contact with staff. No room service or towel offerings. They have an issue with large palmetto bugs in the room.”

“It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them. I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury. ”

“Accommodation's were very good. The difficulty was that there were boat races and redirected traffic, so accessing parking was challenging. It would help if that information - where exactly to park - was available before arrival.”
