“First, we are not being informed of being given a connected room with noises hearing from next room. Second, the shower gel is missing in bathroom and the floor of bathroom is sticky. Third, the alarm is not reset to off and we are being woken up at 6am. Yet, the staff is nice there and help provide remedy.”

“Pros:
Recently refurbished property with modern, updated rooms.
Cons:
Location: Situated in an industrial area that is not walkable and suffers from safety/homelessness concerns in the surrounding blocks.
Breakfast: Extremely limited selection, especially for vegetarians.
Bottom Line: A nice, updated hotel inside, but let down by its industrial location and sub-par breakfast options.”
