Hot tub just lukewarm. Water is not clean. They offer pool towels, but can never keep it up in pool area.

The hotel was just okay overall. The rooms were old and outdated, and there was no mini-fridge, which was inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was breakfast—it was extremely overpriced for the quality of food provided.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great—perfect for attending an Oilers game.

Nice room. The person checking me in I found to be cold/unfriendly. That has always been my issue w the staff at this Fairmont. My room faced the street and there was either snow clearing or street work that made it hard to sleep past 5am.
