The check in process was not pleasant. As we pulled up the front desk noticed my service dog with her head sticking out of our cars window. They instantly informed without asking any questions that she would not be able to stay there because of her size. Once informed of her service animal status they still made me read and fill out a pet policy form. We also were not asked to use the card that we made the reservation with that required us to come back to the front desk while trying to settle in after arriving. We also found out that the door on the microwave was broken once the double sided tape they used to rig it failed. We came to town to find a space to hold a rehearsal dinner and to house out of town guests when i asked about the space that is advertised and there is signage everywhere stating this space exists I was informed very “rudely “ “it’s closed”. Well i guess we won’t be looking to use this place for a wedding weekend this upcoming summer.
