“The hotel is undergoing a rennovation. Dust everywhere. The staff is not properly trained to navigate the situation in the hotel. Our room had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping onto the carpet, a refrigerator that did not work, linens that did not match-each bed was different, baseball trading cards in the bag that housed the dryer, and staff at the front desk who were not trained to handle these situations when approached by them. Would not stay here again until the rennovation is……

“During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. “I was unable to stay in this room and they would not refund me. I have called the insurance I purchased too and they will not refund me. The room was ground floor, window would not close all the way and there was no lock on the window. As a solo female traveler I felt this was unsafe. Especially since the desk did not appear to monitored at night and the front door had a lock you needed to access with key card. The room also had an odd odor.”
