“The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable but we had some problems. Our TV was not working and needed to be rebooted. We called the first night and maintenance came about 1 1/2 hours later to fix it. The next night we had the same problem. Called again and no one came. We called the third night and they came about 30 minutes later. The room was serviced until 4:00pm the first day we were there. Also, They advertise a full restaurant and there isn’t one. You can get “bar food” at the lobby bar……

“They give us a room with people inside.. the front desk is not helpful at all her name is Cindy.. She said that she didn't know room still occupied unbelievable!!! Cannot trust them . Giving keys to the room that still occupied with other guests. I asked for the manager and unfortunately manager is off weekends 😒 . (That's why she is not paying attention with guest 🙄) .”

“I paid for a king size bed and they didn't have any so they gave us 2 double beds and wouldn't adjust my price. I expect a reduced price for credit”
