"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine schöne Meile mit Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Bei der Unterkunft sollte man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben. Es ist sehr wenig Licht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. Da es auch keinen Balkon oder ähnliches gibt haben wir uns dort nur zum Schlafen und Frühstück aufgehalten. Es war sauber und die Betten waren auch in Ordnung, es war also für den Zweck alles in Ordnung. Einige Dinge müssten wieder in stand...

"Stanza davvero pulita e ben organizzata, con angolo cottura a scomparsa, 2 finestre in camera ed 1 in bagno, frigo( dotato di prosciutto, formaggio, uova, marmellata, nutella e succhi per la colazione), microonde, posate, pentole, sapone per piatti e spugna, pulizia quotidiana con ripristino delle dotazioni, ospite semplicemente perfetto, educato, puntuale e pieno di ottimi consigli per un piacevole soggiorno a Venezia! "The appartement is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well localized. Our stay was good overall. They were only 2 things that bother us a bit : it's a bit dark inside the flat and the water pressure should be controlled : during our shower, they weren't not lots of water and we had randomly cold / hot water. "

Las tazas y platos con restos de alimentos de huéspedes anteriores! Instalaciones eléctricas en mal estado. No WiFi, la clave que te dan es incorrecta y jamás logras comunicarte con el encargado (una tal Marina)."
