“Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.
Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny.

“I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. ”

“We were very dissatisfied with our stay. The property looks nothing like the pictures and the room was dangerously crammed, for example, to fit in a tiny table and two chairs, they are set up in front of the closet, so you have to move furniture into non existing spaces to access the closet.
