“Usually I love most hiltons where I find customers service excellent, not at this property- there was no hello- was very short no extra words exchanged- I was there only for one night and i checked out as soon as I woke up- the room was ok there was no free water as most other hotels give- used toilet paper- it’s an older property, it’s pretty. If I don’t feel that warm welcome from places I never go back.”

“We have always liked the cleanliness and quality of their rooms. Somewhat disappointed in service at the restaurant onsite. Long wait on taking orders. The staff was friendly but the restaurant appeared to be understaffed.”

“Hotel was under renovation and only 1 elevator was working and wait time was ridiculous. Only 1 restaurant was open during the week. 2 opened Thursday evening but 1 had take out only with only 3 tables in the lobby outside the restaurant. Shuttle only runs on Friday and Saturday making getting to the casino a hassle. Very disappointing experience other than the staff who were all very friendly.”

“The email confirmation from Expedia stated check-in could be as early as 6 AM. That’s not the case 3 PM is proper. They knew about it and have it fixed it for sometime now. Bathroom door would not close. Air conditioner was noisy. Room was clean and ready for us when we got there.”

“The stay at this beautiful house was more than I could ask for. The room was plenty spacious for my wife and myself. Bed was very comfortable and sheets smelled very clean. We did not get to enjoy the pool but it looked very well kept. Breakfast was where it shined as Ms. Noelle knocked it out of the park. Will be coming back here again for the near future!”
