Quality Inn & Suites Boone - University Area

"Room 103 over September 18-21 2026 . Air conditioner leaks. About a 5 foot circle the carpet was really really wet . Which then black mold was growing on bottom of wall . About 18x30 spot . Then above the fridge on ceiling. The breakfast was okay not good just okay. The side door doesn’t lock so anyone can walk in and out without keys. I probably won’t be back next time in town."

"Nice hotel. Elevator broken so took while to get to floor. Big selection of breakfast. Took was Decent size and clean. Pillows ok. Staff was nice during every interaction."

"Great value for the price. Lots of room in the suite. There was a large gnarly stain on the couch that made me not want to sit down on that part of the sectional. Also a portion of the couch was sunken in. Everything else was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back."

"This was a cute little hotel, I told my husband it was shady pines from the golden girls so we were laughing every time we mentioned the hotel. Parking was tight when we returned from dinner but still worked out. Star wars fans would love the lobby Tons of sink space, plenty of pillows and Towels, I appreciate towels!! The air conditioner didn't really get the room cold and I was sweating most of the nighthad to leave the window blinds open to keep the air conditioner running also:("
