“原来以为要共用洗手间的是通铺类型的旅馆，去到很惊喜：是一栋1912年的古老而精致，设施齐全的三层楼房子！我们房间在二楼，有客厅厨房和共用的浴室，还有个小花园，其实都非常好。性价比很高”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was so cool. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse in the jungle! The provided breakfast was good along with the other snacks in the common area. Very cool experience!”

“入住当天，老板有发邮件给我，但是我也没有看到，告知了房间号等，等我们开到了，打开房门后，确实很惊喜，因为周边没有啥吃的，老板给我们准备了泡面还有自制蛋糕等，都很棒，开车去火山公园大概15分钟，民宿旁边有个熔洞，支付10美元，老板会带你参观下，提供安全帽手电筒及讲解，虽然听不懂，但还是很好奇，熔洞不大，但确实很有意思，老板说熔洞是公众的，但是楼梯及内部的灯饰都是老板自己安装的。房间内的WIFI是没有 密码的，速度也不错哦，还有一个熔岩小景，真是很棒，下次来，还要住这里。嘿嘿”

“Me and my daughter had a very good experience at the Volcano Forest Inn. It is literally at 5 minute drive of the entrance of the Volcano National Park. Which allow us to visit the volcano easily. The rooms was pretty big, confortable and clean. The communication with the owner and our arrival was easy. We were warned by email that the weather could be chilly because of the rain forest. We were ok, but everyone should be aware that it was about 12 to 15 Celsius early mourning. Also there is……

“Kelly was a wonderful host. Since she had cancellations while we were there (Jan 2026) she upgraded us to the master with ensuite. There are 3 bedrooms in total. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were all kinds of snacks and coffee, tea, milk available. Kelly made lovely breakfast for us each morning and was so accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It is about 30 minutes drive from Hilo. You do need a car. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this B&B. Thank you Kelly and……

“Pros: This is our first time staying at a lodge like this, so close to nature, just like camping. You will hear coqui frog whole night & seeing them jumping next to your door step. Animals free roaming, peacocks, ducks, chicken. Kids loved it. Cons: There is barely any light at night in the Property…so if you come back late, it’s a bit challenging to find your cabin.”
