“Keep your expectations realistic and you will love this place. This is not the Four Seasons, it's a quaint, self-check in style lodge that is clean and spacious. You will be sharing the common areas (kitchen and living room) of the Inn with other travelers. The room and closet are huge. It is a 5 minute drive to Volcanoes National Park and I would absolutely stay here again. The innkeeper is easy to reach if needed but if you follow the instructions you probably wont need any help. “Incredibly good deal for the price. No elevator but my unit was a mini apartment with sofa bed, kitchenette stocked with utensils, cookware and real plates and glasses. Fridge/freezer was much larger than the under counter units in bigger chain hotels. There was even a washer/ dryer. Better than an Extended Stay in that regard. Hotel manager was easily accessible by phone to answer questions and deal with a complicated booking situation. Got it resolved quickly and extremely favorably. Parking……
