“Everything about our stay was excellent. Extremely convenient to Mount Ellen at Sugarbush. My family and I definitely utilized the outdoor hot tub as well as the EV charger. The only concern I had was the smell of sulfur coming from the toilet. It was mild, but noticeable. Regardless, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“Loved your place close to familyLove the historic house!”

“Really perfect home for our weekend getaway. I appreciated the fact that all of the communal spaces were large and could host everyone without feeling squished.”

“We spent the night in Mad River Valley at the 1830 House for a weekend event. The house was clean and cosy and it accommodated all of us. The Wifi worked well and we loved the privacy each of us had in our own rooms. We also appreciated the kitchen (there are two, if you book the whole house - one up and one down!). The hosts were very responsive to our requests and encouraged us to self tour the farm: healthy goats, chickens, pigs and cows; even an on-site store to purchase fresh meat, vegetables and other delectable. I would highly……

“Amazing hotel stay! I stayed during off season so it was fairly empty. My room was incredibly clean and QUIET! I slept like a baby. The hotel room had such a classic “wealthy” vibe to it. Very luxurious in a modern way. Staff was friendly. Parking was great. Only semi bad experience was the restaurant on property (inside of the hotel) - food wasn’t the best and very expensive. (Although my bartender was very nice)”

“When we arrive to this property, we were greeted by a polite and helpful staff. The housekeeping staff is awesome they were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. This property is located in a perfect location. FYI: this is my second time staying at this hotel. I give it a 5 Stars rating.”
