"Great home that fit our large family of 6. The kids enjoyed the game room and the variety of video games. The layout was good with space - especially the master bedroom with the bathroom! Great communication from the owner and appreciated his flexibility. We would likely book this home again!"

"Lovely, immaculate 1queen bed, 1bath with large shower in main floor condo. Very Close to downtown-just 2 blocks to most restaurants, boardwalk, & shopping. Keurig with good coffee & hot water pot for tea. Basic supplies provided, soap, shampoo, tp, paper towels , dishwasher soap, salt& pepper. hair dryer. "This is a great property with plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay next to Lake Michigan. You're just a short walk and some stairs away from Lake Michigan (and fantastic sunset views), and the property itself is nestled between Holland to the south and Grand Haven to the north. The only downside was the tv was in the upper bedroom area and we enjoyed playing games around the table but wanted to watch the basketball games as well! We’d also recommend putting a pathway to walk down to the house the grass was so mushy we were terrified of ruining your grass! Otherwise we plan to stay again during the warmer...

"The house was nice and cozy, and we had a good time. We really enjoyed kayaking the different lakes, and we look forward to going back again. The cons of this rental would be that the water is dark/weedy and you can't see into it. There was a swimming raft on the property, which did not have a ladder attached to it. I am not sure how someone could even climb onto said raft."

"If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that."
