“Not all doors work automatically which is hard for me as I have a disability and cannot open the door. The breakfast was not totally cooked, the eggs were rubber, and there are no vegan options other than toast. Appreciate the thought but not worth the price everything is frozen processed food noth made from scratch.”

“Room was a corner unit that was very small. You couldn't adjust the thermostat as there is no way to in the room. Old hotel which needs upgrades”

“We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.”

“Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff.”

“Grounds were beautiful and rooms Were clean and well maintained. Pool staff was excellent but pool could have been cleaner. Wilkes Bar was disappointing…. Don’t really accommodate hotel guests for walk ins and could not even make reservations for the next night but they seem to always have availability in the dining room and room service. Wilkes atmosphere was stiff non personable … giving orders to staff in front of guests and Correcting minor staff errors in front of guests. Made it feel……

“The staff were absolutely fantastic, we loved our stay, we were only in town for a weekend visiting friends, but wished we could have stayed longer. Also, the room was decorated perfectly, it looked like boutique hotels I've stayed in all over the world, but with more space.”

“We should have been told beforehand that they're doing major renovations. Only a few rooms were open. Want a coffee maker in my room. Also, don't tell me breakfast is included and then make it grab and go in the lobby. The photo on the website looked like the breakfast space but it's actually the restaurant next door. Settings on the TV made watching sports impossible. Couldn't follow the ball in the World Cup games as color Settings were so bad. The staff are great. Will possibly not be……

“This hotel is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left after one night. People across the hall was arguing all night long. They did not mention they allow the homeless to stay there either. This hotel smells like a dirty ashtray and stale weed. I will never stay here again”

“Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.”

“The place has derilict cars in the parking lot, cots stored in the hallways, and the carpets are musty. Sadly very run down. We cancelled our reservation. The owners agreed to a 50% cancellation fee but have since gone silent. Stay away.”
