"My family of 4 stayed 2 nights while going to Busch Gardens and Water Country. It is in a great location, has friendly staff, and is clean. It had a great family atmosphere. We do not have one negative comment about our stay and we will definitely book this hotel again when we return."

"Overall we had a great time however there were some small details that would have made it much better. 1. We had one roll of TP for 2 people for a 4 night stay, we could have used an extra roll 2. We had only 3 towels for 2 people for a 4 night stay and we could have used at least 4. 3. We only had one drinking glass for 2 people and only 2 paper coffee cups for 2 people for a 4 night stay 4. Housekeeping never came, we were told they were coming on day 3, it would have been helpful to replenish items we were using. 5. This was a mini honeymoon getaway and I asked if we could have some wine and chocolate covered strawberries could be delivered to the room even though we missed the 72 hour request window and I had to follow up 3 times to get an answer. So while we had a great time, we paid a lot of money on a modest budget for this stay and would have given a better rating for these small but important details"

"Stayed 5 nights with my 11 year old son. Hotel is family and kid friendly, room was clean and spacious with mini refrigerator and microwave. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Pool area was nice and clean with seats and pool towels available to use. Breakfast was good. All five days they had waffle makers available, scrambled eggs, sausage links, 2 types of cereal, yogurt cups, toast, and juice. They had a fancy coffee machine that did lattes, cappuccinos, coffee etc. but in my personal opinion the coffee out of the machine wasn’t good. I was so happy on the last 2 mornings when the machine was out of order and they had normal coffee available. Laundry room was clean and well kept. I used it twice during my stay. $3 to wash $3 to dry, quarters or they have a pay app you can use. Hotel is convenient location to many attractions, stores, and food. Would stay again if I’m in the area and recommend as a great choice to stay with kids."
