“My husband and I rented the property for a quick weekend getaway for his 40th birthday. The property was absolutely perfect - we could have just hung out there the whole weekend if we'd had nothing else planned. “Initially, the property did not have clean bedsheets in the master bedroom, and there was some other cleaning issues. It turns out there was a communication issue w the cleaner but the home owner came to replace the sheets and make the bed. He cleaned up the other little things and returned our cleaning fee.
