Room was really small and the ac/ heater made noise kept me and my wife up all night.Also most of the outlets did not work and the mattress was terrible .I usually don't leave reviews but we needed somewhere to stay close to the Westchester hospital for a early show for a surgery procedure so the only good part was that the hospital is 11 mins away. All honesty you get what you pay for a $98;one night stay. Staff was good that is also a plus.

Outside there was an issue with a room close by their fire alarm smoke detector kept going off for 3 hours. The area doesnt have a variety of food choices and the rooms are small not a big enough garbage can no help with amenities either.

We woke up every morning to roaches and ants in the bathroom. We asked for a discount but they would not. Being it was thanksgiving weekend no other rooms were available.

Room was old with no carpet. This was more of the hookup spot than a quality hotel. tv didnt work. Room was not tidied up clean

The front desk lobby stunk like weird. The rooms had the smallest undersized double beds ever. Cigarette burns in the comforters. Refugee is smoking weed on the outside balconies. Absolutely disgusting and would never go back to this hotel again. Do you self a favor and burn it to the ground.

Floors in the room were filthy. Hair all over bed sheets and ironing board cover was dirty and covered in a red substance. I wanted to use it but didn’t want to risk getting that stuff on my clothes. Lobby was clean and the staff was really nice. 3/5

It’s not stated in their accommodations but they did have a mini fridge and microwave which came in handy as I had made my partner cupcakes for their birthday and they needed to be kept refrigerated. Shower was hot. Air unit kept the room at a good temperature. Breakfast nook in lobby offers some quick breakfast items as well as a waffle iron to make your own waffles. Coffee machine was great too (I drink way too much coffee but it’s available all day)

Housekeeping was lacking. We stayed two days, had to go get towels, soap, etc.

Our room was very clean staff was welcoming and very helpful! You can tell the property needs some updating as far as the furniture some items were worn and broken rooms need a makeover/updating but it was perfect for a one night stay

Totally disappointed due to the fact, we were supposed to have breakfast. When we go to the breakfast area the waffle maker was broke, the juice maker was out of order. The reason we picked this hotel is to have the convenience of breakfast prior to starting your day. Instead, we had to go and find a breakfast place and take time out of our planned touring time. Would not stay here now.
