“I had contact with two of the front desk managers and both were VERY friendly and helpful and American. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Didn’t get to breakfast but that is on us. We was sleeping in. Parking was plentiful. The room was clean we stayed two nights and had maid service both days. I have stayed at another Best Western in Burleson Tx. And service and everything else was not as good there”

“The only complaint I have is the car rental. Expedia put the extra cost for a deposit of 668 .00 due at the car rental place in the smallest most inconvenient spot that I was unaware of the fee. Thank God I had the extra money for it, but what would have happened if I didn't???? We traveled hours every day and that would have ruined the whole trip. The hotel was AMAZING and had the best staff, breakfast buffet and pool! The hot tub was not working and was upset about that because I even called……

“The code for the door was not sent to us by Expedia and there was no one on site. We had to find out the number and call the hotel so we could get into the room”

“Reminded me of a motel 6! Paid a lot to stay there and it was old and outdated . Only good thing is the air worked !”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was exactly as advertised. The view was spectacular and the location was secluded enough to make you feel like we had an entire valley to ourselves. I particularly loved the dark skies as I am a photograph need/hobbyist.”
