"We checked into the room after a long motorcycle ride in the heat and were exhausted. We found the shower curtain had been ripped out of the wall laying on the bathroom floor. Staff was notified and immediately came to look into the issue. Unfortunately, maintenance was gone for the day, and we were offered to move to another room. We were tired and decided not to move and deal with the shower curtain. Upon check out the front desk staff notified us that the room rate was being refunded to us due to the issue. This was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. "
