I would say the flat misses a few minor things such as a full length mirror, and extra outlets (maybe have a multi plug outlet somewhere). In our case, we got assigned an apartment in an adjacent building and it was in a basement (although it did have a tiny patio with some light surrounded by high walls). The apartment was good, although a bit musky and very humid. The staff was excellent and provided anything we needed. A good buy for the price if you are OK with a place that has no sunlight and is a bit humid."

We had a wonderful stay and could not have been happier with this property. The location was absolutely perfect and made it so easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
