“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. “Rooms were clean, but air conditioner was real noisy in first room. Maggie the desk clerk was very gracious and changed our room. The new room was very good. Beds are comfortable, we were not able to have breakfast as the shuttle picked us up before breakfast was open. Parking was easy and staff were friendly and accommodating.”
