"This amazing house was ideal for 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. There was plenty of room for all of us and having the extra living room with TV meant we weren’t under each other’s feet all the time. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. It’s a great place for exploring Bamburgh, Seahouses, Holy Island and further afield. We went to Berwick on Tweed and had a great, value for money, lunch at Limoncello, 3 course lunch for £6.95 would definitely recommend. The coffee shop next...

"We stayed here for a short break with the family. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack from the owners and was really impressed with the lodge. Its location was perfect for places to visit, we went to Bamburgh castle, Berwick, Alnwick gardens and Holy Island in the time we stayed. The accommodation was spacious, clean and warm on arrival, with the log burner as a welcome extra. We would definitely recommend for a family getaway and would stay again in the future."

"A beautiful property that was perfect for our needs. There were five adults and four children in our group and it catered, and was accessible, for all. Supermarkets are close, the views are fantastic, and the house itself was clean and tidy. We had to switch the timer off on the heating as it was very cold with it on but the house warmed up very quickly and it was really warm after a while. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone."

Only note, instructions say the key is at the back of the house where the parking is but the parking and the key holder is clearly at the front of the house - not sure how a simple instruction like this can be wrongly noted. "Would be difficult and unfair to offer any negative comments about this accommodation. Even better as a positive comment is the property does NOT allow Pets! Excellent. Additionally the private parking at the property is superb. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning to the property in Wooler.
