“Was nice and clean ”

“They went out if there way to accommodate us. We had an over delayed flight and they helped us out and made our stay so comfortable. Very clean facilities and very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.”

“When I got into my room and I stripped my bed there were bed bugs, and blood stains on the mattress cover, they switched mattress but didn't accommodate me with nothing else. Bed bugs...seriously And didnt accommodate me with nothing else Switching mattresses or even rooms for that matter isn't even enough I should've been able to get a refund something more than what I got I wasnt told how to get to my room I had to find it myself There were large holes on the bottom of the hallways like they……

“The heater in the room did not work. Another problem was the pool water was so freezing that the kids couldn’t even go in without chattering teeth. There was also another guest that had tried to go in as well and thought the same thing. Overall, we unfortunately will not be staying here again”
