“The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which was the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very disappointing. The room had a strong odor that smelled like dog urine, making it feel unclean from the moment we walked in. The shower had very little water pressure, which made it difficult to enjoy. The beds were comfortable, so we did get a decent night's sleep, but that was one of the few positives. Breakfast was mediocre at best,……

“Our room —as we entered, the security lock was on the floor broke in half with the screws in tack! So our 3 night stay had NO SECURITY LOCK! In the tub/shower; the safety bar was broken & 1/2 off ! Our bed had a used cleaning rag in between the sheets. NO MAID service unless requested. We had to take our trash & dirty towels to get clean ones. The breakfast area was dirty all 3 mornings—NEVER was a table wiped clean & ALWAYS a nasty mess on the food counter area.”
