“We had an okay stay. Ran out of toilet paper, called to request and staff never delivered. TV went out an hour before checking out felt planned like they were pushing us out the door.”

“No microwave or coffee? What are you thinking? You should post that Tru has substandard amenities so people aren't surprised like I was. Will never stay in another Tru.”

“COMPLETE ASH TRAY OF A HOTEL. The entire complex smelled like an ash tray. had a no smoking room, and the air vent in the bathroom was pumping in what smelled like a pool hall, internet doesn't work. Roach poison all over the room the place is AWWWFUL!”

“We stayed there during Covid and I didn’t like the place because they wouldn’t even have coffee. They blamed it on Covid. Their breakfast this time was excellent. They changed their menu every day. The room where you get the breakfast was quite large so you weren’t all packed into a tight spot first thing in the morning. The hallway floor still have some dimple areas that need repaired.”
