“The room was clean and ready for us. Pool looked nice but we didn't have a chance to use. Breakfast was adequate (no gluten free toast, tho)”

“The condition of the property was unacceptable, and we chose not to stay as a result. Despite this, our request for a refund was denied at the time, although we were told a refund for the second night might be considered. Unfortunately, we have not received any follow-up communication. Additionally, the property did not match the images ներկայաց when the reservation was made, which was very disappointing. “Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. ”

“New paint and carpet the room was very clean and staff was friendly it was a challenge getting out of the hotel driveway onto the main Colonel Glenn and their sign could be a little bigger”
