“Rooms had no heating in 5 degree weather, staff lied about it while being told to their face by multiple people that the heat wasn't working. The light switch in the room also didn't work. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I don't like leaving reviews for places in general, but heed my warning; this hotel is awful!”
