“The location was absolutely beautiful and the house was newly renovated. My only complaint is that the AC was not powerful enough and the bedrooms got very warm making it difficult for everyone to sleep. The owner was great when I messaged them and sent an AC tech over right away, however the AC tech mentioned there wasn’t too much he could do about it since it was losing a lot of heat through the design they had gone with. Other than that one issue we had a lovely stay at this beautiful home.……

“Host was welcoming with good communication. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was spacious with plenty of room, toys, games, and books - perfect for our extended family Thanksgiving gathering. Backyard was perfect and safe for our daughter’s dogs to run around in. The large electric fireplace heaters in master and each family room were a nice touch. Dining space only seats 9 including the 3 barstools at the kitchen counter, but the extra portable table and couple of chairs in the garage……

“Brian is an excellent host. He was very responsive.I would suggest re-hanging the main bathroom door so it can close all the way, and making the rails level. ”

“We went to Salt Lake to get out of the snow , it’ was 70 degrees , good call . We visited numerous kid attractions which were awesome . Good time had by all . The house fit us perfectly . ”

“Everything was in excellent condition. The house was clean, specious, new appliances and everything you could possibly need. The host was quick to reply to questions and super helpful. The neighborhood is very friendly and family oriented. Loved the views.”

“An excellent location location for a ski vacation. The unit has all we needed for our stay. There is a full galley kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and Washer/dryer. The unit is clean and in excellent condition. Nic is also an excellent host. We had one minor issue which was resolved by the time we returned home from the ski hill”
