“Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will...

“Welcoming”

“The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . “We stayed here for my son's graduation weekend at U Penn, and it turned out to be a great location. Although not a quick walk, we were able to walk back and forth to activities on campus within 20 min or so. We had plenty of space, the bed (at least in the master bedroom) was super comfortable. We have no complaints. I would only caution that there is only one space for a car in a small one-car garage, and while it was certainly nice to have that guaranteed spot, the garage was too short to to...
