“Clean and nice room. Loved the location and the bar on the 1st floor! We had brunch and a drink at the restaurant on the top floor. It was an enjoyable stay and easy to navigate in Dublin. ”

“Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next”

“Breakfast good, bar area good. Room were comfortable, with nice renovations to bathroom. Good water pressure and hot water. Hallways were a bit old and tired, shifty floors. Lots of steps to entry/exit not ideal for large luggage.”

“The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. Thank you!”

“We had to wait a very long time for our room to be ready. We were offered a free drink. The rooms are quite nice looking but there is no storage other than one tiny little cubby where you can hang a few items. We paid extra for a room that Expedia advertised as 280 square feet. They don't have rooms that are 280 square feet. They did not even have luggage stands in the room but we did get them upon request. They have no amenities other than bars and restaurants. Not sure why I would want to eat……

“È stato un alloggio davvero sorprendente! Moderno, confortevole ed estremamente strategico. Il letto kingsize ci ha fatto riposare beatamente dopo le lunghe camminate di questo viaggio. È a soli 5 minuti da Temple bar o dal Trinity Colleg, ed è anche molto vicino alle fermate dei mezzi di trasporto per andare ovunque, sia in città che fuori. Il personale è disponibile, gentile e pronto a aiutarti per qualsiasi dubbio. Una nota di merito in più va data al servizio bagagli post check out per poter……
