“Very disappointing stay. Strong marijuana smell in the hallways 24/7\. Room had multiple issues: sink wouldn’t drain (almost overflowed just washing my face), and the closet smelled like urine. Elevators were extremely slow, and WiFi was unusable—I had to rely on my phone hotspot. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest experience. It’s sad because you can tell at one time, the property was probably gorgeous!”
