“Limited interaction with the staff but all we helpful and personable. Facilities were clean but could use a bit of touch up. Disappointed that the pool bar was not open on Monday afternoon (apparently only open on the weekends), I must have missed that in the property description. The pool was clean and refreshing though. Bar and Sandy area at the point was nice, especially during sunset. There is no beach with sandy access to the water. Overall, this is a nice comfortable place to stay in……

“Overall a nice place to stay. Clean and King bed very comfortable. 1BR very spacious with sink, microwave and fridge. Tiki bar service was extremely slow due to new wait staff. I didn't have any hot water in the shower at first and it was late so rather than wait to have it fixed the next day or change rooms, I found the hot water temp controller adjustment in the living area closet and turned it up from 37C (body temp) to 43C so my wife could actually shower. Most would never figure this out.……

“Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful.”

“We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager and a new one was……
