“I booked this stay because of the reviews. I’m not sure if maybe our room was just poorly kept? I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel based on the price, but I did think it would be a bit nicer than it was. The staff were all very sweet and the breakfast was a nice spread. However, the room was quite run down and poorly cleaned. There was a film (and even paint) on most furniture surfaces, and stains on the bed sheets. The carpet was torn up in multiple places, and the room felt grimy overall. The……

“This is a nice hotel in an excellent location. Everything was good except the check-in. I was treated like an interruption, not a customer. Maybe it was a bad day. When I asked about the parking, I was told that it is handled by a third party - end of discussion. (Parking is a source of confusion and could be handled better.) Other members of the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had been recently updated.”

“The room had hair everywhere and there was a roach in the bathroom crawling, disgusting. Trash overflowing outside the property.”

“Check in staff was nice enough and the room did have a working air conditioner, which is always a plus for me. The place honestly needs a lot of work and I did drop in for the continental breakfast, and basically had one banana and a cup of bad coffee. The hotel served its purpose, and I did not feel unsafe.”

“Will not stay here again. The staff was friendly however I was not a fan of the cleanliness. There was something spilled in the floor all throughout the lobby into the elevator. It was still there the next morning when we went to leave as well. Was never cleaned up. There was a musky smell throughout the entire place. In serious need of renovations. Went to find something to drink and all they had available was at the front desk in a cooler that apparently did not work. It was hot… Went to get……
