“It’s a nice hotel. Power outage hit shortly after we checked in and lasted more than 24 hours (so no lights — except emergency lights, no heat, hot water, elevators, breakfast…) — not something they could control, but staff didn’t seem to know anything about what to do in these circumstances. They shrugged a lot. Said they could comp parking charges. While guests struggled to open and close sliding electric doors, staff sat in chairs in the lobby and watched. Unclear whether any refund credits……

There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love. Pitts City, Not only One of the Top World’s Tech Innovation City, but also a Life Respecting……

“Staff was very welcoming. Appreciated the smiles after traveling a ways to get to Pittsburgh. Located right in the action in downtown Pittsburgh! Room was very nice. Was concerned because we were in a room that was right next to the elevator and across the hall from a family with kids. Was VERY IMPRESSED that we didn’t hear the elevator OR noise from the hall! Room seemed very insulated. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast in the morning but chose the hotel for that perk. Will definitely……
