“The room was clean. And we liked the view. And the bed was comfortable. The suite itself was nice. Needs improvement: the desk clerk was aloof. When we return from the day and we went by the front desk, the ladies on her phone and didn’t even ask. “how was your day“? We reported to the front desk lady that the heater did not work. She replied that she would tell the people in the morning about it and told us that there were species in closet. But it would’ve been normal to offer to switch……

“I ordered the “celebration” package for an extra 50$ And was expecting a bottle of champagne (based upon the picture) flowers, and local cupcakes. I got the cupcakes, (cool), no flowers, and two glasses-ish of sparkling prosecco in splits. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged I should have had flowers, and stated “I’ll see what I can do”… I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish. I did get the flowers, (hours late) which was nice,……

“Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. ”

“The hotel rooms are very old, There is a clear difference from the picture ！many corners of the rooms are dirty, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very poor! Very disappointed!”

“Our room was perfect for the two of us - I love having a separate bedroom, the kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony was a nice size. Overall, it was a cute, comfortable room. The staff was very pleasant, too!”

“The hot tub is great, and the dryer is so convenient. Especially after you ski. ”

“Lovely upstairs apartment with good views. The area is very new so it hasn’t fully developed its own character, but there is a branch of Sparrow for coffee and treats as well as a cozy wine bar next door. It’s not cheap, but it’s a good location if you’re in town for business. ”
