"The hotel was nice but I had an issue checking in. I paid in full on hotels.com. Receipt in hand with digital copy as well. I had an email saying I was PIF, I had my credit card statement on my phone, I had hotels.com reservation pulled up. The hotel staff kept me standing there for half an hour while they figured it out. Not sure if it was the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but someone messed up. I knew I had to provide a credit card at check in but I was not letting them charge me again. "

"Room was very nice and clean. The shower base was cracked we told someone and they took a picture. Staff was awesome, the girls at the desk were very friendly.Breakfast has a lot of options but the warmer didn’t keep the food hot. Pool was nice.
