“The staff and pool/spa definitely made up for the dated rooms. From calling ahead to get connected rooms, to asking for local recommendations, to the breakfast buffet, the staff was extremely helpful, kind and personable. The rooms were pretty dated, maybe a little musty, nothing special...but the awesome pool and hot tub area more than made up for that. The kids had a blast. The limo ride to dinner was such a fun surprise and highlight and the driver was awesome. Would stay again just for the……

“This is a historic hotel with basic, but very clean rooms. We enjoyed the Venicia Italian Restaurant on the main plaza was quite good (large portiions!) and a fancy, big bar. As long as you are not there the night before the main square market, parking right next to the hotel entrance is easy and there was plenty.”

“Not sure what "boutique" hotel meant for this property. Older hotel property? We had to have our sheets changed out as the sheets had cat or dog hair. Staff gave us the optopn of moving so I want to give staff credit for being proactive. Room was clean. Male staff had a knife on his hip, wasn't sure if that meant it wasn't a safe place to stay. ”
