“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“2nd time that we have now stayed at a 21c Museum Hotel property. We enjoyed the art gallery displays inside the hotel and find that to be unique. The hotel staff was great. The hotel parking (valet only) is very pricy but maybe not much more than parking alternatives in the downtown Cincinnati area. Our room was very spacious and comfortable but needed some maintenance as the window blind was torn and not functioning. We were unable to try the hotel's Metropole restaurant as unfortunately it……

“very nice hotel, very nicely located. We like hotel amenities, design and “look and feel”. Rooms were spacious, clean, with loads of natural light. Recommended.”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”
