“Overprice terrible shower leaking rude staff”

“The price point doesn’t match the experience. They are located right next to the freeway next to a large retirement community. Most of the rooms look in on each other and feel packed in. There is not elevator and not bell hop. The “serenity pool” is surrounded by the fitness room and the cement block walls with rooms all around. The gathering space in the center is nice and the family pool at least has a hillside with an olive grove as long as you aren’t looking at the side where you see the……

“This is my second time staying at Madrona and it is such a gem! The property is stunning and peaceful, the art and decor in the house is beautiful. The rooms are clean and food is lovely.”

“Such a beautiful property and the staff are amazing! From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and were offered a complimentary upgrade as well as some chocolates and a card. The staff were so nice and thoughtful. We loved the peacefulness of the redwoods and the garden nearby. I wished we had had more time to spend than one night, but we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in the area!”
