“在酒店住了4天，非常好，干净整洁舒适，有宾至如归的感觉。”

“This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.”

“The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The staff were on point, very helpful and friendly. We had the Vista suite, which was so beautiful and huge! I will say, the beds were small for two adults to share. The room description said there was a soaking tub, there was not. But we did not miss it. We ordered room service twice, the charcuterie, and late night a cheeseburger. Both were absolutely delicious. Over all, a fantastic stay!”

“Convenient transportation. But hotel parking fee is a bit expensive for 60 dollars per night. Hotel house keeping often forget to supplement spare parts . The staff at the counter have a good attitude, but we often call the front desk, they are too busy to wait for a long time before someone answers the phone.”

“Beautiful property with excellent ocean views, dining options and customer service. It’s very walkable being close to the 3rd street promenade and Santa Monica pier. Outside of the broken elevator and disturbance from the on site Friday night party, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return! ”

“worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way. The manager was sitting in her office all time and doesn’t even wanna show up to solve the problem until I was almost freaking out at the front desk. Then i……
