This hotel is not worth the price! It was very disappointing. My room was spacious and clean but had a strange setup with a tv fixed to a wall facing the beds— which is fine but the bed frame obstructs the view of the TV. Pool service didn’t really exist . It took forever to get a drink or menu . The restaurant is empty but the service was awful— I kept getting comped for meals / drinks because of service but i would have rather paid for an enjoyable meal/service. Food- ok. $32 for a glass of white wine from a screw top bottle. The staff likes to mention a terrace bar that opens at 6pm. There is no bar or service but a small area with some seats-
no staff ever showed up at the “terrace bar” after waiting for 20 mins -
So we left. The front desk didn’t have much knowledge on tours and offered me a pamphlet on a wine tour that was awful. For my final bill, i was charged for meals I never ate. I went to the front desk and the worker seemed annoyed to have to deal with it. She wanted to handle it without me there. When I told her I’ll wait . She refunded my credit card for an incorrect amount. When I told her it was still wrong , she again was annoyed. Finally she corrected it after trying to convince me that she would do it later. I stayed until she fixed it and then she was annoyed to print me out a copy. I paid $1000 /night for a hotel that was at best comparable to a Westin/ Hilton which is fine if it was at those prices. I would not recommend this hotel.
